Implementation — accounts, lists, and your first campaign
Setup starts with connecting your LinkedIn account or accounts to HeyReach — a cloud-based login rather than a browser extension install — and, for any account that's new or hasn't been used for outreach recently, configuring a warm-up schedule that ramps daily connection and message limits over one to two weeks instead of starting at full volume.
Next is lead sourcing: building or importing the list a campaign will run against, typically from a Sales Navigator search, a saved LinkedIn list, or a CSV export from another tool. List quality matters more than list size here — a smaller, well-targeted list consistently outperforms a broad one on acceptance and reply rates.
We then build the first sequence itself: step order (visit, connect, wait, message, follow-up), wait times between steps, and message variants for A/B testing, along with the per-account daily sending caps that keep volume within safe limits for each account's age and warm-up status.
Where relevant, we wire up integrations — a webhook or Zapier connection to push new replies into your CRM or a Slack channel, and API access if leads need to flow in or results need to flow out programmatically rather than through manual export.
For agencies, we also set up workspace separation per client and agree on what reporting gets shared externally versus kept internal, so the implementation holds up once more than one client's campaigns are running simultaneously.
