Watches for integrations that have been removed from the account, since Sendcloud's API doesn't push changes out on its own.

This works by periodically polling for integrations no longer present since the last check, rather than receiving an instant push notification the moment one is removed.
Operational considerations
Because this only reflects deletion, an integration that's simply disconnected or deactivated rather than fully removed may not appear here the same way.
