Training on Automation 360 and the channel builders
SendPulse's own free resource is SendPulse Academy, which covers general email marketing and automation concepts through articles and short courses -- the first thing worth pointing a new team toward before building custom material that duplicates it.
Custom training is worth building for the parts that are specific to how a given team actually uses the platform: their own Automation 360 flow logic, their chatbot flow structure across whichever messaging channels they use, and their COIN budget and top-up process for SMS/push sends, none of which SendPulse's general documentation covers since it's written for the platform in general, not any one account's configuration.
New team members need hands-on practice building and testing a flow in Automation 360's visual editor before they're allowed to edit a live one -- a single misconfigured condition or wait step in a published flow can trigger duplicate sends or silently stall subscribers partway through, and that's a much cheaper mistake to make in a test flow than in production.
Deliverables include a written runbook for the team's own flows, chatbot structures, and list-segmentation conventions, a hands-on session building a test Automation 360 flow from scratch, and a pointer to the relevant SendPulse Academy material for general platform skills so custom training time stays focused on what's actually team-specific.
Training investment scales with how many channels and how complex the automation logic actually is -- a team sending a single monthly newsletter needs very little beyond the campaign editor basics, while a team running multi-channel Automation 360 flows with chatbot handoffs and COIN-metered sends needs ongoing, hands-on training as flows change.
