Most day-to-day Unleashed work happens in a small number of recurring tasks: raising and receiving purchase orders, creating and fulfilling sales orders, running stock adjustments and cycle counts, and, for manufacturers, completing assemblies against a Bill of Materials. Training is built around these actual workflows rather than a feature-by-feature tour of every screen.
We run role-based sessions: warehouse staff focus on receiving, picking, and stock adjustments, often using the Unleashed mobile app for barcode scanning; purchasing staff focus on supplier pricing, reorder point alerts, and PO approval; sales and customer service staff focus on order entry, backorder handling, and the Unleashed B2B self-service portal where clients use it. Administrators get separate training on user permissions, product and supplier master data standards, and the Xero or QuickBooks Online reconciliation routine.
Because batch and expiry tracking is a common requirement for food, beverage, and supplement clients, we include dedicated practice on batch number assignment and expiry reporting where it applies — this is an area where a small process mistake compounds quickly into inventory accuracy problems.
What we deliberately skip is generic system-navigation training divorced from your actual product catalog and warehouse layout; every exercise uses your real item types, your real supplier list structure, and your real order volume patterns, so what people practice is what they will do on Monday.
