Integration and API

Last updated

Zoom Administration exposes account-level management through the Zoom API and Webhooks, so provisioning, settings changes, and event notifications can be automated outside the web portal.

  • Server-to-Server OAuth apps (replacing legacy JWT apps) authenticate backend scripts and integrations without a per-user login
  • User provisioning, deprovisioning, and settings updates are available as REST endpoints for scripted account management
  • Webhook event subscriptions (meeting started/ended, recording completed, user updated, and others) push notifications to a configured endpoint
  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning is supported for syncing users and groups from an identity provider such as Okta or Azure AD
