Business Suite FAQ

What is the Business Suite?

It is your own branded workspace from Consultants in a Box: a dashboard of your business, your website, search, analytics, CRM, connections and AI, with our team keeping it all working.

Who gets one?

Every Consultants in a Box client. It is set up when you become a client, in your own colors and logo, and the person who started your proposal becomes its admin.

How is it priced?

It is priced per user, so you only pay for the people who use it. With website hosting your first user is free. Extra apps are added per user, and the cost is always shown before anything is added.

Is my data safe?

Connections are read-only unless you switch writing on, keys are encrypted the moment they reach us, and each person only sees what the admin allows. You can see and turn off each person's AI access at any time.

Can I use it with Claude?

Yes. Each person gets a private MCP address. One click adds it to Claude, and from then on you can ask about your business, run reports, and manage users and settings within the access you were given.

What if a tool I use is not listed?

Book a call. If a tool has no simple connection, or you want software built around one, our team builds it for you.
