Put Claude to work in your business, whatever its size
We help businesses of every size get real work done with Claude, Anthropic's AI: from a solo owner's first setup to a governed rollout across a large organization. We pick the plan, connect Claude to your systems, train your people on their own work and build the Projects, Skills and workflows you repeat.
A solo owner and a large organization need different things from Claude. Each size has a plan that usually fits and a first step it can act on.
Solo owners and individuals
One person running the business, or a specialist on their own account
Get a working setup in one sitting: the right individual plan, your apps connected, a few Projects and Skills for the jobs you repeat every week.
Usual plan: Pro, Max or Ultra
Start with: A 15-minute demo, then a single setup and coaching session
Small teams
A handful of people up to a few dozen, often without IT staff
One shared workspace with central billing and single sign-on, shared Projects, a short staff workshop and a one-page AI use policy people actually read.
Usual plan: Team
Start with: A starter workshop for the whole team, run on your own tasks
Mid-size companies
Several departments, an admin or IT lead, systems that need to talk to each other
Role-based training by department, connectors to your CRM, files and field systems, organization-wide Skills, and usage analytics to see what is being adopted.
Usual plan: Team, or Enterprise when you need SCIM, audit logs or custom retention
Start with: A use-case workshop with each department lead
Large organizations
Many teams, identity and compliance requirements, a security review before anything ships
A governed rollout: SSO and SCIM, role-based access, audit logs and the Compliance API wired into your controls, a champions network, and Claude Code for engineering.
Usual plan: Enterprise
Start with: A discovery session with IT, security and the business sponsors

Which plan for which size
Individuals and solo owners: Pro, or Max or Ultra for all-day use.
Small and mid-size teams: Team, which Anthropic lists for teams of 2 to 150, with standard and premium seats.
Large organizations: Enterprise, for SCIM, role-based access, audit logs, the Compliance API and custom retention.
From claude.com/pricing, reviewed November 6, 2026. Plans and features change at Anthropic's discretion; check the pricing page before you buy. Max and Ultra share a column because their feature lists match; they differ in usage.
How an engagement runs
The same stages, in this order, at any size. A small business may cover several in one session; a large rollout gives each its own plan.
1
Demo and discovery
A 15-minute demo on work like yours, then a short conversation about who would use Claude, for what, and with which systems.
2
Pick the plan and the first uses
The plan that fits your size and the two or three jobs that pay back first. Small businesses usually stop here and go straight to setup.
3
Set up and connect
Accounts, and for teams single sign-on and admin settings; connectors and the Business Suite MCP connection; a one-page AI use policy.
4
Train on your own work
Hands-on sessions built from your tasks, with role-based tracks for larger teams and Claude Code sessions for engineers.
5
Build Projects, Skills and workflows
The repeatable work becomes Projects and Skills, connected to your systems and automations where it saves a step.
6
Measure and hand over
What people use and where they get stuck, a library your team owns, and office hours for questions afterwards.
With a free 15-minute demo. Then most small businesses do one setup session (plan, connected apps, a few Projects and a Skill) and one hands-on workshop. You can stop there or add more later.
Which Claude plan fits our size?
As Anthropic lists them: Pro, Max or Ultra for individuals, Team for teams of 2 to 150, and Enterprise for large organizations that need SCIM, audit logs, role-based access, custom retention or the Compliance API. We check current plans with you on claude.com/pricing.
Do you sell Claude subscriptions?
No. You subscribe directly with Anthropic and own the account. We are an independent consultancy: we set it up, connect it, train your team and build on it.
What does it cost?

How is Claude connected to our business systems?
Through Anthropic's connectors and custom MCP connectors, and through our Business Suite, which gives each person a private MCP address for Claude limited to the access your admin allows.
Is Consultants in a Box part of Anthropic?
