Let Claude read from and act in your apps; Claude inherits each person's permissions in the connected service.

Claude is most useful when it can see your real data. We connect it to the systems you run on through Anthropic's connectors and remote MCP servers, and through our Business Suite, which gives each person a private MCP address limited to the access you allow.
Who it fits
Works on: Any plan (Free allows one custom connector); admin controls on Team and Enterprise.
Get a working setup in one sitting: the right individual plan, your apps connected, a few Projects and Skills for the jobs you repeat every week.
Usual plan: Pro, Max or UltraOne shared workspace with central billing and single sign-on, shared Projects, a short staff workshop and a one-page AI use policy people actually read.
Usual plan: TeamRole-based training by department, connectors to your CRM, files and field systems, organization-wide Skills, and usage analytics to see what is being adopted.
Usual plan: Team, or Enterprise when you need SCIM, audit logs or custom retentionA governed rollout: SSO and SCIM, role-based access, audit logs and the Compliance API wired into your controls, a champions network, and Claude Code for engineering.

- An inventory of the systems Claude should reach, and what each person should be able to read or change.
- Turning on the directory connectors you need, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot or GitHub.
- Custom connectors for systems without one: an existing remote MCP server, or one we build.
- Your Business Suite connected to Claude: each person gets a private MCP address with the access the admin allows, which can be narrowed or switched off at any time.
- Skills that teach Claude how to use each connection the way your team works.
- On Team and Enterprise, admin controls so owners decide which connectors are allowed.
What you have at the end
- 1Claude answering from your live data
- 2Access limited person by person
- 3Custom connectors where no directory connector exists
- 4Skills that make each connection useful
The Claude features this uses
As Anthropic describes them; each card links to the source.
Connect Claude to any remote MCP server, including one you build; on Team and Enterprise an owner adds them under Organization settings.

The same stages, in this order. For a small business several happen in one session.
- 1Demo and discovery
A 15-minute demo on work like yours, then a short conversation about who would use Claude, for what, and with which systems.
- 2Pick the plan and the first uses
The plan that fits your size and the two or three jobs that pay back first. Small businesses usually stop here and go straight to setup.
- 3Set up and connect
Accounts, and for teams single sign-on and admin settings; connectors and the Business Suite MCP connection; a one-page AI use policy.
- 4Train on your own work
Hands-on sessions built from your tasks, with role-based tracks for larger teams and Claude Code sessions for engineers.
- 5Build Projects, Skills and workflows
The repeatable work becomes Projects and Skills, connected to your systems and automations where it saves a step.
- 6Measure and hand over
What people use and where they get stuck, a library your team owns, and office hours for questions afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is the open standard Claude uses to connect to tools and data. A connector is an MCP server Claude can call; custom connectors let you add any remote MCP server.
What makes your approach different?
Our Business Suite gives each person their own private MCP address for Claude. One connection reaches the business systems you have connected to the Suite, limited to the access the admin allows each person, so you do not need a separate connector and set of rules for every system.
Can Claude see everything once it is connected?
No. Claude inherits each person's permissions in the connected service, and with the Business Suite the admin sets what each person's connection can reach. A custom connector that uses a shared credential reaches whatever that credential can, so we scope those carefully.
Our systems are on a private network. Can Claude reach them?
Custom connectors are reached from Anthropic's cloud, so the MCP server must be reachable over the internet. We put a secure, authenticated server in front of private systems, or connect them through the Business Suite.
