Website health dashboard and business evaluation for septic companies

Most septic websites are checked when something breaks. We keep a dashboard of how the site loads on a phone, how it scores for accessibility and search, and whether leads are arriving, then use a free business evaluation to decide what is worth fixing first.

Running with our septic partner

We run a website health dashboard with our septic partner. We do not publish their figures on this page.

The problem

Why a septic site quietly loses calls

A slow mobile page, a form that no longer sends, a click-to-call number that is wrong on one page and a broken link in a service-area page all cost calls, and none of them announces itself.

Without a regular check, the first sign is fewer calls. A dashboard turns that into a weekly look at the few numbers that predict it.

What we do

What the dashboard watches

Speed on a phone

Page load measured the way Google's Lighthouse tests it, so you see mobile and desktop separately.

Accessibility and best practices

The same lab test flags issues that frustrate visitors or hurt search.

Search health

Pages crawled, broken pages and issues found, tracked over time so you see regressions.

Keywords and visibility

How you show up for the searches that matter in your counties.

Leads

Calls, forms and booking requests, so the site is judged by jobs it brings and not visits alone.

FAQ

Questions about this playbook

What is a website health dashboard?

A regular report on how your site performs: speed, accessibility, search health and leads. It shows regressions early instead of waiting for fewer calls.

Is the business evaluation really free?

Yes. It is a look at your company and a short list of priorities. You are not obliged to hire us.

Do I need to give you access to my accounts?

Not for a first look. Much of the review uses what is public. If you want deeper findings, you choose which accounts to share and can remove access at any time.

How often is the dashboard updated?

We agree a rhythm with you, typically weekly or monthly. Lab scores vary a few points between runs, so we look at trends and not single readings.

Want this for your septic company?

Start with a free business evaluation. We look at your website, Google profile, ads and Housecall Pro setup and send a short list of what we would fix first.
