Marketing, dispatch and AI estimating for septic service companies

We work with a working aerobic septic company to run dispatch and route planning, a website health dashboard and Google Ads review, and to build AI-assisted inspection estimating on top of Housecall Pro. These pages explain what we do, what is running and what is still in development.

The problems

What slows down a septic company

These come up again and again in septic, aerobic-system and excavation shops. Each one has a page that shows how we approach it.

A schedule that mixes pump-outs, inspections and aerobic maintenance

Different job types take different time and need different people. Built in the order calls arrive, the day sends trucks back and forth across a county.

Dispatch & route planning

Inspection findings typed up twice

The technician writes it down on site, then someone retypes it for the customer and again for a county or state report.

Inspection to estimate (AI-assisted)

Repair estimates that go out days late

Findings sit in notes and photos until someone has time to price them, and a slow estimate is a cold estimate.

Inspection to estimate (AI-assisted)

Route planning and fuel

Rural addresses across several counties turn drive time into the biggest cost that never shows on an invoice.

Dispatch & route planning

Yearly maintenance follow-ups that get missed

Contracts end quietly. Without a renewal list and reminders, customers lapse because nobody asked.

Maintenance contracts & renewals

Reviews that do not reflect the work

Happy customers rarely post unprompted, and a few unanswered complaints can outweigh them in the map pack.

Reviews & Google Business Profile

Google Ads money spent on the wrong conversions

If the account counts page views or button taps as wins, it optimizes for clicks instead of calls and booked jobs.

Our septic partner: Brown Aerobic

Brown Aerobic is an aerobic septic service company, and the partner we build and test these ideas with. We also built their website, a bilingual lead-generation site with click-to-call, estimate requests, online booking and service-area pages for seven Texas counties.

We do not publish result figures, testimonials or customer counts on this page. What we describe here is the work, not a promise that your numbers will match anyone else's.

What we work on together

How it works

Start with a free business evaluation

No commitment. You get a plain list of what to fix first, whether or not you work with us.

  1. Free business evaluation

We look at your website, Google Business Profile, ads, reviews and Housecall Pro setup and tell you what we would fix first.

  2. Pick one playbook

Most shops start with the one that hurts most, usually dispatch, follow-up or ads. You decide what we take on.

  3. Build, train, review

We configure and connect it, train the office and field team, and look at the numbers with you after a few weeks.

FAQ

Questions from septic company owners

Who are these pages for?

Owners and office managers at septic, aerobic-system and excavation service companies, especially those that run on Housecall Pro or are thinking about it.

What is actually running and what is still in development?

With our septic partner we run dispatch and route planning, a website health dashboard and a Google Ads review. AI-assisted inspection-to-estimate is in development with a septic partner and is not a finished product. Each page says which one it is.

Do I need Housecall Pro?

Most of what we describe is built around Housecall Pro, so it fits best if you use it. If you use another field service tool, tell us and we will say honestly whether the ideas carry over.

What is in the free business evaluation?

A look at how your company shows up and runs today: website, Google Business Profile, ads, reviews and field service setup. You get a plain list of what we would change first. There is no obligation to hire us.

Do you give advice on septic regulations?

No. Inspection, permitting and maintenance-contract rules differ by state and county, and your regulator decides what is required. We help you capture and move your own data so reporting takes less retyping.

What does it cost?

It depends on the playbook and the size of your team. We tell you what we would do and what it would cost before any work begins.
