Facebook Lead Ads and ActiveCampaign. Here is how the integration works, based on ActiveCampaign's own documentation. Someone submits one of your Facebook Lead Ad forms. The integration uses a webhook to push that data to ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign then creates or updates a contact, using the fields you chose to map. You need an ActiveCampaign account, and a Facebook business account with Lead Ad forms enabled. Then, five steps. One. In ActiveCampaign, open Apps, choose Lead Ads, and connect your Facebook account. Two. Grant the two permissions Facebook asks for: access to leads for your Pages, and managing webhooks for a Page. Three. Add a resource: pick the Page and the Lead Ad form. Repeat for each form. Four. Map the form fields to your contact fields. The email field is required. Five. Build an automation that starts from the Lead Ads triggers. It does not add contacts to a list. To email them, use the Subscribes to list action in an automation. Each synced contact receives a tag, facebook dash leadads dash integration. You can map to contact fields only. Account and Deal fields are not supported.
